How long will it take to receive my order?
|UK||2 - 5 business days after shipment (inc Saturday)|
|EU||6 - 8 business days after shipment|
|Rest of World||7 - 10 business days after shipment|
Does my order come with tracking?
At checkout you may see tracking options depending on the weight and size of your order. Please note that for most orders, tracking is not included automatically and will be a small additional charge. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you update the address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the correct shipping address at email@example.com. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will change it and send you a new confirmation email to confirm. If your order has shipped already, we are unable to change the address at this point. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again.
Can you declare a lower order total so I can avoid custom fees/duties?
Unfortunately we cannot mark down parcel declarations. Non-UK customers are liable for any taxes/duties upon receiving your order. For more information about fees, please look up guidelines on international purchases entering your country. If you refuse to pay these fees I can only refund the item cost once the package has returned safely and in its original condition. Shipping fees may not be refunded.
