Where is my order confirmation email?

Please make sure you use a valid email address with your order and check your spam folder for your order confirmation email.
You can email us at hello@leikya.com with your full name, shipping address and the items ordered and we will resend an email confirmation to you!

Can I change my order that I've already placed?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet we are able to make adjustments, please contact us with your order number at hello@leikya.com.

What does preorder mean?

Products that have preorder or backorder in the title/description are products that will not be shipped until a later date. Usually these products are produced based on how many orders are received and the shipment time frame can be found in the description. 
When you place a preorder, the whole shipment is held until every item is available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship first, you will need to place a separate order.

Are there any discounts?

We do sometimes hold sales or give out discount codes! To keep up with these you can follow us on social media and subscribe to the newsletter!

The item I want is out of stock!

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing:
All orders ship from the UK. Orders placed before 1pm can be dispatched same-day, however during sale/promotion periods this may be delayed due to an increase in order volume. Please make sure your order items and address are correct before checking out.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

UK 2 - 5 business days after shipment (inc Saturday)
EU 6 - 8 business days after shipment
Rest of World 7 - 10 business days after shipment
Please note - the above is an estimation from third party delivery services. If your order contains a preorder item, the order will be fulfilled once the preorder item arrives. Please read the product page for expected time of fulfilment.

Does my order come with tracking?

At checkout you may see tracking options depending on the weight and size of your order. Please note that for most orders, tracking is not included automatically and will be a small additional charge. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you update the address?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and the correct shipping address at hello@leikya.com. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will change it and send you a new confirmation email to confirm. If your order has shipped already, we are unable to change the address at this point. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you to ship out the parcel again.

 

Can you declare a lower order total so I can avoid custom fees/duties?

Unfortunately we cannot mark down parcel declarations. Non-UK customers are liable for any taxes/duties upon receiving your order. For more information about fees, please look up guidelines on international purchases entering your country. If you refuse to pay these fees I can only refund the item cost once the package has returned safely and in its original condition. Shipping fees may not be refunded.


My order was incorrect/damaged in transit

If your order has been damaged in transit or contained incorrect items please send an email to hello@leikya.com within 30 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods. Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements or refunds 30 days past delivery.
