Shipping and returns
Processing time will usually vary from 2-5 business days, but this could take longer if there is a large volume of orders.
If items are listed as pre-order, processing time will also be longer! Please refer to the product description for an accurate time frame.If your order needs to arrive by a specific date (birthday, event, etc), please let me know and if possible, I will try to accommodate your request.
|UK||3 - 5 business days after shipment (inc Saturday)|
|Europe||5 - 7 business days after shipment|
|Rest of world||1 - 2 weeks after shipment|
If you have placed two or more orders and would like them to be combined into a single shipment, please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. If a shipping confirmation email has already been sent, it is impossible to combine them.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. I will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES:
If your order is returned due to customer error (inaccurate shipping address provided, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, etc.) you will need to repay the shipping fee.If you made a mistake with your order and it hasn't been shipped it out yet, we can change/cancel it for you!
If your order is damaged, missing, or contains the wrong items please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and photo(s) of the order.
